Initiation

To start with, you’ll deal with our management team in Sittingbourne, Kent, in the South East of England. They’ll listen, understand and document everything to create processes and protocols that will give you complete confidence in the service. And they’ll handle integration with your tech setup, too.

Handover

Once we’ve established ways of working and got to know your business, our team overseas will take over. They’re handpicked people dedicated to delivering a seamless service that will feel as convenient and efficient as hiring your own staff. They’ll take care of the routine work quickly and with precision.

Processing

Working with your tools, and processes you’ve agreed, we’ll provide as much or as little support as you need for payroll, bookkeeping or any other accounting function. We’ll share the finished work with you to agreed deadlines, in an agreed format, for ease of review.

Results review

Each week, month or quarter, you’ll have chance to review the work, request amendments if necessary, or add your own personal touch. You’ll also have regular opportunities to catch-up with the UK management team, offering feedback on the service or tweaking the process as required.
